With the vast seagoing experience for over 18 years at sea, Master Mariner and Founder Abhishek Bhanawat and his dedicated team, the firm specializes in dealing with all aspects which are of consultative, advisory nature and/or related to arbitration and litigation for charter party disputes, cargo claims, commerical operations, arrest and detention of vessels.
OUR FOUNDER
The founder of BHML Legal LLP Capt. Abhishek Bhanawat, a qualified master mariner, has worked extensively in maritime industry for 18 years with vast exposure to commercial, technical ship operations, ISM, IMO conventions and their compliances, third party inspections, dry docking, yard delivery, surveys, audits, handling commercial aspects of cargo carriage, compliances with charter party contracts and clauses, ship sale purchase contracts.
